Derwent Lodge No 40, was proud and honoured to be elected as a member of the River Lodges Association in November 2013.
The Association membership is open to any Freemasons Lodge, recognised as regular by the United Grand Lodge of England, which is named after or connected with a river, whether at home or abroad.
The aim of the Association is to promote fraternal relationships between member Lodges, To support charitable aims and to
undertake social events , or fund raising either in its own name or in support of any of its member lodges.
Derwent 40 has already hosted visitors from other Derwent Lodge No 4250 in Durham, most notably at our 200th anniversary meeting in May 2013, and again at the Installation of our new Master in January 2014.
